Welcome to 4388 MiniGame (4388.fun, “the site”). The site is run by a sole proprietor based in Hong Kong (“we”, “us”). By using the site you agree to these terms; if you do not agree, please stop using it. Questions: [email protected].

1. What the site does

The site lists free games that run in the browser, with categories, rankings, votes and comments, at no charge. Each game is made and run by its creator; we only link to it. Every game opens on its creator’s site in a new tab. We do not host, embed or control these games. Game titles, descriptions and covers come from public listings or the game pages themselves and are used only to describe and link to the game.

2. Games on other sites

Once you open a game you are using its creator’s site, under that site’s own terms and privacy policy. We check links automatically, but we cannot promise that another site stays safe, lawful, accurate or available. Never enter passwords or payment details in a game. Any purchase, download or data collection on another site is between you and that site. If something is wrong, use “Report this game” on the game page.

3. Fair use of the site

When using the site you agree not to:

• post anything unlawful, infringing, sexual, hateful, harassing or spammy, or put ads or contact details in comments;
• manipulate votes, play counts, reports or rankings with scripts, multiple accounts or any other means;
• disrupt the site, including heavy automated scraping, attacks or attempts to reach admin functions;
• submit games you know infringe someone’s rights or contain malware or adult content.

We may remove comments, hide games, suspend or delete accounts, or stop offering any feature, without notice.

4. What you post

You are responsible for the comments, nicknames and game submissions you post, and must have the right to share them. You give us a free, non-exclusive permission to show, organise and translate this content on the site (for example a game’s title, description and cover) until it is removed. Submitting a game only shares a public link; it does not transfer any rights in the game to us.

5. Tips

“Buy me a coffee” tips are voluntary and support our work curating the site. They do not unlock any extra feature or benefit. Payments are handled by Stripe; we never see your full card number. Except where the law requires otherwise, tips are not refundable. If you paid twice or the amount is wrong, email us within 30 days and we will sort it out.

6. Intellectual property

The site’s design, text, ranking method and the “4388 MiniGame” name are ours. Games, game titles, characters, artwork and trademarks belong to their respective owners. We mention or show them only to describe a game and link to its original site; this does not mean the owner works with, licenses or endorses the site.

7. Copyright complaints and takedowns

If you own rights in something shown on the site, or act for the owner, and believe a page infringes those rights, email [email protected] with:

1. your name or organisation and how to reach you;
2. the work concerned, and why you own or represent the rights;
3. the address of the page on this site (for example https://4388.fun/g/123);
4. a statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorised and that the information you give is accurate.

Once we have a complete notice we normally hide the game, cover or comment within 3 working days, then contact the person who submitted it where needed. If you think something was hidden by mistake, reply and tell us why. Creators who would rather not be listed can email us from an address or account that shows they made the game, with the game’s link, and we will remove it.

8. No warranty and limits on liability

The site is provided free, “as is” and “as available”. We do not promise that the site or any game will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that rankings, votes, translations or categories are accurate. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from the site or from games on other sites, and our total liability to you is limited to HK$100 or the amount you paid us in the previous 12 months, whichever is higher. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time and will show the date of the latest update on this page, marking major changes clearly. If you keep using the site after an update, you accept the new terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. The courts of Hong Kong have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with the site or these terms. This does not affect any rights you have as a consumer under the laws of where you live that cannot be excluded by contract. If the Chinese and English versions differ, the Chinese version prevails.
